Founder & CEO, The Cannon Studios

Guided by the adage, "If you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go together," Joe Cannon embodies a leadership philosophy centered on collaboration and service. With over a decade of experience in design and construction management on global commercial projects, Joe founded The Cannon Studios with a commitment to helping solve complex challenges.

Inspired by his late mother, Joe pursued his MBA at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, focusing on Strategy and Entrepreneurship. During his studies, he launched The Cannon Studios through the SMU Business Accelerator Program, addressing a growing need in the commercial real estate market for efficient, concept-to-construction design solutions for small to medium-sized commercial real estate investors and developers.

His background in architecture, combined with his MBA, allows him to approach every project with a deep understanding of both design and business strategy.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University, is a licensed architect in Texas and California, and resides in Dallas, Texas. Outside of his professional work, Joe is passionate about powerlifting, acting, and volunteering within his community.
